How Are We Different?
I was speaking with a client that told be about an experience they had with another custom van builder. They had asked them for a quote to build out a simple van conversion for his 144 Sprinter Van. The company came back to him with a very expensive van design that included, among other odd design choices, marble countertops.
“Marble countertops? Aren’t those a bit heavy and expensive? Can you take that out of the build?”
You know what they told him? They told him couldn’t take it out of the design. All their builds have marble countertops. Take it or leave it. That is when it hit us.
